  “Despite their claims of big discounts, prices can be duplicated in other stores with better service and selection. Sales staff are arrogant and not helpful.
  
  We had a problem with the couch after delivery and were told to go fly a kite. Absolutely no interest in making it right.
  
  Worst customer service imaginable.”
