  “I order a table and chairs at the beginning of February. During the order I specifically mentioned that another store could not order the table I wanted and claimed it was discountinued.
  
  My order was suppose to take 3-4 weeks. Week 4 I called and they told me the table was in but they were waiting on the chairs.
  
  Week 5 I called and they said they tried calling me but that the table was discountinued and I could come by and look for something else.
  
  I waited to cool down before making a decision. I called back for a refund - no answer, so I left a vm.
  
  Three hours later I called again, they said they tried calling again but a refund was fine and they would process it. I received multiple calls and messages from other people during the hours when they stated they called me.
  
  I really liked the people when I first went to this store but with unrealiable service I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.”
